Berrien Barks is a Program Manager at the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), the Metropolitan Planning Organization for the Dallas–Fort Worth region. He leads the Roadway Corridor Studies and Subarea Planning team, which is responsible for monitoring major infrastructure projects, supporting city and county thoroughfare planning efforts, and conducting travel demand forecasting for alternatives analysis
