Randy strives to leverage GIS and data analytics to provide defensible, actionable intelligence for the issues facing the greater Chattanooga area. He has spent over a decade as a planning analyst for the Chattanooga-Hamilton County Regional Planning Agency (RPA) and the Chattanooga-Hamilton County/North Georgia Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO). He developed the MPO's land use model and leads the model update.
