Bill has worked as a transportation modeler at Metro for 29 years, now leading the traffic count program and in the past working on model estimation, vehicle emissions modeling, and coding and modeling auto, transit, and bike projects. Bill received Masters degrees in civil engineering and city planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
