Ilan Elgar is the Director of the Research & Analytics department of TransLink, the regional transportation agency of Metro Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Ilan has been directly involved in the design and management of the region’s three most recent household travel surveys and advised on several of TransLink’s other data collection efforts.
